About Our Organization
The Lake County Curriculum Resource Council (LCCRC) is an affiliate of the Illinois Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, http://www.illinoisascd.org/. The LCCRC in Lake County, Illinois, was established in March 1977 in hopes of introducing and sharing local professional development opportunities to Illinois educators and administrators at a reasonable rate. For over 20 years, the LCCRC has offered presentations and workshops on timely topics in education and curriculum that directly impact all school districts. Each year, the LCCRC presents a series of workshops related to timely education topics, all of which include a buffet brunch or lunch at the beautiful University Center of Lake County or ROE Center on the CLC campus. By partnering with IL ASCD, Lake County Regional Office of Education and local experts in the field, the costs for these professional development opportunities are kept low, while quality remains high. Join the Lake County Curriculum Resource Council organization, and come learn with fellow educators and administrators!
